SEED2S offers career development resources, including experiential learning opportunities, peer mentorship, and early exposure to career paths in data science. Participation will gain you valuable skills, connections, and experiences to enhance your career prospects.

After completing the one-semester, cohort-based peer mentoring program, SEED2S becomes an ongoing support program accompanying you throughout your academic journey at Rutgers. No annual application is required to maintain program eligibility.
