Through our Peer Mentor Program (PMP), Individual Development Plan (IDP), and SEED2S+X experiential learning projects with Rutgers and industry partners, students gain technical expertise, professional skills, and career clarity. We complement these opportunities with networking events and access to campus resources, ensuring students are equipped to persist, thrive, and lead.
