We strive to motivate a diverse student population by fostering a supportive community within Rutgers.
Spring 2027 aplication will be released November 2026.
Program Expectations:
- Commitment: Engage actively throughout the academic year and be responsive to program communication.
- Program Coordinator Meetings: Schedule at least one meeting per academic semester to track progress, and improve your program experience.
- Community Involvement: Participate actively in workshops and events geared toward empowering you with skills and inspiration to excel.
- Monthly Mentor Sessions: Attend scheduled mentor sessions, focused on promoting personal growth, and sharing valuable insights.
